Bethany Christian School was founded in 1974 and has served the Conejo Valley for over 51 years as an outreach of BBC (est. 1963). Originally serving students in preschool through sixth grade, the middle school was founded in 2019, and has now been proudly serving preschool through eighth grade students for the past three years. BCS employs a dedicated group of Christian staff members who have a passion for teaching students through a Christian world-view.

Our staff are skilled, credentialed educators who go above and beyond to make sure that each child and family is known and loved. Class sizes remain at 26 or fewer with a teacher and instructional aide in each class. As BCS is a Christian institution, our staff consider it a privilege to teach Bible each day in addition to academic subjects and enjoy sharing their Biblical knowledge during chapel each week throughout the year.

Furthermore, BCS is dedicated to teaching the whole child with awareness that every child is unique and has different gifts. With the cycle of education constantly changing, we believe it is essential to focus on delivering what is needed to students, which is why we are dedicated to incorporating 21st century teaching and learning, giving students the opportunity to explore and perfect their critical thinking skills.
