Our extended care program is currently a drop-in system. This is subject to change should attendance increase.

Extended Care is available for all BCS elementary and middle school students. Students who are dropped off prior to school start time or who are not picked up within the first 15 minutes of school being dismissed will be directed to Extended Care in Room106 (the first grade classroom). The staff member supervising Extended Care that day will write down each student’s name on the attendance sheet in the applicable time category.

At the end of the month, attendance sheets will be collected and the due total will be calculated based on attendance. A student’s name will only appear on the attendance sheet if he/she is present in the extended care classroom during program hours. Every student who has attended will receive an invoice.

Late Penalty: If your student is picked up late (after 5:15 PM) there will be an automatic late penalty fee of $20.00 per late pick-up added to your invoice for that month.

Invoices are sent out through the Procare app on (or close to) the first of each month for the previous month (for example: invoices will be sent on February 1 for extended care program participation in the month of January.)

Payment options include: check payable to Bethany Christian School or Venmo to @BethanyChristian-School. Invoices must be paid by the specified due date.

By utilizing this program, families agree to the above program guidelines and responsibilities of the 2024-2025 Elementary Extended Care Program.
