Bethany Christian School accepts applications throughout the school year based upon openings within the classes. Re-enrollment of current students and new applications takes place in early spring of each year for the following school year. Bethany Christian School partners with SmartTuition for all tuition payments and processing. SmartTuition charges an annual fee of $50.00 per family, which is charged with the first tuition payment.
Enrollment: The enrollment fee and all paperwork are due at the time of enrollment. The enrollment fee is non-refundable. Enrollment fees increase by $200 beginning March 22, 2021 for current Bethany Christian School families.
Tuition is paid over 12 months, with the first payment due on June 1 and the last due on May 1. Late payment fees and early withdrawal penalties apply.
Application Fee (New Students): Preschooler $25; Kindergarten-8th grade $50.
*Families enrolling after June 15 will have a revised payment plan due to late enrollment.
*Kindergartners must be 5 years of age by September 1.
Threes, and Pre-K Classes (8:45am – 12:00pm).
*3’s must be 3 years of age by December 2.
*Pre-K’s must be 4 years of age by September 1.
*Note: Families enrolling after June 15 will have a revised payment plan due to late enrollment.
