Covid-19 Updates
A 2020-2021 Summary of Our Plans amid Covid-19:
-
Since we were granted a waiver from the County of Ventura, students in grades 1-6 returned to campus on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 with extra preventative measures in place to keep the building clean. Extra personnel has been hired for cleaning. (See the Reassembling document for our detailed plan.)

Students will need to pass a health screening each morning upon their arrival on campus.

As students return to campus, they are learning with their cohort (class) while physically distanced in the classrooms and other community rooms.
-
BCS face covering guidelines are mandated from Ventura County.
-
Face coverings are not required for students in Preschool-Grade 2 in their classrooms, only when traveling to other areas on campus.
-
Face coverings are required for students in Grades 3-8 at all times, except when exercising and eating.
-
Before/After School Care is offered with advanced reservations, no drop-ins.
-
Visitors to campus are limited, with special guidelines for such visits.
